We walked around Harvard and saw George Washington's House
Apparently Ben Affleck lives down the street, so we walked by his house while we were at it.
We got to see The Old North Church where Paul Revere mad his ride. I now have the correct vision of the story. For whatever reason when I was young I always pictured him hanging a light in a lighthouse by the sea. I guess I was slightly off ;)
We got to see the Minute Man National Historic Park
It was so pretty! The fall colors were starting to show everywhere.
Emerson's poem on the monument
I really liked this statue of a minute man
This is kinda what Walden Pond looks like - this pond is just down the road. For whatever reason we didn't take pictures at Walden Pond.
Silly, I know..
Rebecca Nurse's house in Salem
The House of the Seven Gables
Marblehead was beautiful...
and there were really nice houses by the sea :)
This is Jarge with our Wonderful Tour Guide Charlie! He took us to see so many cool things! Thank you Charlie!!
He also took us to Barking Beach where in certain parts of the beach the sand squeaks under your feet as you walk. It was cool.
We stayed at the Omni Parker House - home of the original Boston Cream Pie. It was delicious!
We also ate at Legal Seafood and had a completely different kid of Boston Cream Pie that was so yummy.
Both completely different but completely amazing!
This is a picture of us before we left our hotel for the airport.
Goodbye Boston!
Goodbye Boston!
