Change

I decided it was time for a change so I cut my hair (yikes!) and added some dark brown to it (double yikes!). Don't you absolutely love it?! I have been thinking about dying it all brown but wasn't 100 % sure about it so I added a dark section in the back, and highlights with the brown throughout the rest. It's a good first step I think. I love the way it turned out :) Plus I'm going to try and wash it every other day not every day like I used to. This hair needs some love since the split ends were so bad I really don't want my poor little hair to go through that again. We'll see how it goes...

If you're wondering why there's a barstool in my back seat of my little car, it's because I took these photos on our way to do my brother's fiancés bridal shoot. The pictures are gorgeous! I can't post them since my brother can't see her dress until the wedding day. Until then you get to wait and just dream of them ;) tehehe

Relaxcation Mexico

We had a great relax-cation in Mexico! We left wintery home for beautiful sunny Mexico, woohoo! It was a much needed vacation from regular life. We were gone for a whole week and had so much fun with our friends, chillin' at the beach, drinking massive margaritas, and just relaxing! We went to Rincon de Guayabitos - a little town an hour drive north of Puerta Vallarta.

Where we took a boat out to our own secluded beach for a day....

...and the guys tried to catch fish with spears...while the girls chilled on the beach.

We went out and had massive margaritas at the Pina Loco - Spence is looking unsure of his :)

We went on the Vallarta Adventures - Extreme Canopy adventure. Yes, the same one we did on our cruise a few years back and loved it so much we just had to do it again with our friends! Yahoo!

We got lucky and saw whales on our boat ride to and from the adventure...

(How cool is that?!)

We had fun exploring Sayulita - a hip surfing town a few minutes from Guayabitos :)

The last day we enjoyed a luxurious five star resort, with a beautiful room, beach, and pool.

I am not going to lie, I almost didn't come home. While we were at the airport I thought to myself, why am I leaving this beautiful warm sunny place for the freezing cold at home?! Why do I need to have any ambitions in life - why don't I just chill in Mexico and own a cute little shop by the beach, and relaxing?! That sounds like the life...until reality sets in and I get bored and want to do something new. ha.

Plus I missed my dog! I was excited to see her when we got home.
We kept seeing dogs all around Mexico, playing on the beach, like this little fellow.

It made me miss my puppy - isn't she cute!? Who wouldn't miss this face!?
